Is weed still legal in Thailand? Well, that's a thought one.
Back until July 10th of this year, there was a possible ban. I know, I know, that is a huge step back after Thailand became the first country in Asia to decriminalize cannabis for medical purposes in 2022.
The proposition has already been submitted to the Office of the Narcotics Control Board, and if everything goes "well," it will take effect on January 1st, 2025.
It seems that the new leaders are not that open-minded and have concerns over misuse and crime.
