Stone Smiths’ Warranty Policy
Your registered Stone Smiths’ device is covered by a 6-months warranty.
What’s included in the warranty?
This warranty covers all faults in materials or workmanship for a period of 6 months under normal use as defined in our user manual.
What’s excluded from the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, accidents, or other external factors. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, misuse or abuse, aesthetic damage to the sleeve including scratches, cracks, or exposure to extreme conditions including heat, dirt, and water. “Misuse” includes without limitation, the use in a manner or environment not in compliance with the recommendations in this document, our online user manual, or related documentation.
Our Warranty does not cover normal depletion of consumable parts such as the battery, unless occurring due to a defect in original materials or workmanship.
Our Warranty does not cover products that have been physically or electronically altered, modified, undergone unauthorized repairs, or exhibit third-party changes. Vinyl wraps or other purely decorative modifications will not void your warranty unless STONE SMITHS’ Vapor determines them to have caused damage to the product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service?

a. A picture of receipt or purchase proof (lack of receipt or purchase proof case will still be handled)
b. A picture of serial number and batch number

Thank you for considering the StoneSmiths' affiliate program. Our affiliates are very important to us. This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, StoneSmiths' and our customers. Please read thoroughly. Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the StoneSmiths' affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “StoneSmiths'” refers to StoneSmiths', a Canadian Organization, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the StoneSmiths' affiliate program you are confirming that you have read this agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.Affiliate Program Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.Payment
An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of $25 USD. Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing can take up to 30 days from the request date. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal.Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the StoneSmiths' brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the StoneSmiths' website. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf ofStoneSmiths' and will never advertise StoneSmiths' products directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with StoneSmiths'.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, StoneSmiths' or their relationship with StoneSmiths' in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing StoneSmiths' or any of its related products and companies.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from StoneSmiths' will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If StoneSmiths' chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than $25 will be forfeited.
