Remove the glass bubbler, the chamber and the glass that goes around the chamber. You will see the pathway from the chamber to the bubbler section. You can easily clean this with qtips dipped in ISO.

You can remove the chamber and soak it in ISO to loosen up and remove the concentrate residue if it gets to gummed up. It’s easiest to use Qtips dipped in ISO to clean out the inside of the chamber when you notice it getting messy or if you want to remove the residue from an old concentrate.

If you load too much concentrate into the chamber you may find it overfills and leaks. Be careful when the device is hot and filled with concentrate, if you set it on it’s side it could run into the mouthpiece or down the air holes into the threads. It’s best to set it upright as it cools.

Unscrew your chamber and pop the mouthpiece off. Use ISO and qtips or ISO wipes to clean up the residue in your mouthpiece, chamber, and any around the threads and reassemble. Tip – If you are having a hard time unscrewing the chamber or taking the mouthpiece off run it through a heating cycle or two to heat it up and then CAREFULLY take it apart.

We recommend using Qtips dipped in ISO to clean the inside of the chamber. You can put the whole chamber into ISO to soak it clean just note that the ISO may remove the finish off the outside of the chamber so make sure you clean the inside out thoroughly if you use this method.

With extended use it is possible for clogging in the chamber/ airpath to occur. For the chamber, preheat the chamber to free up excess material before cleaning, use dry cotton swab to wipe down any residual. For heavy cleaning, apply isopropyl alcohol to a cotton swab and let it dry for at least 24 hours. (Chamber cannot be soaked in ISO) For the airpath, remove the silicon mouthpiece then use something pointy such as a toothpick to dig out all the residuals in the 4 airholes in the center. Then rinse the mouthpiece with isopropyl alcohol, wipe it down with a dry cotton swab or paper towel.

If the battery is working properly and your chamber does not heat, it could be a connection issue. Cleaning the metal connection pins on the top of the battery and the bottom of the chamber might solve the issue. Simply use a cotton swab (dipped in isopropyl alcohol if necessary) to brush off any residual off the connection pins.
