Shipping & Return Policy
We normally ship orders on the next business day after payment received. Days with high volume of orders, shipment can take 1-2 days to process. We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or statutary holidays.
Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of purchase in UNOPENED NEW CONDITION. Please contact us at email@example.com to process a return. There are NO returns on products that have been opened and/or used. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds can only be processed if purchased directly from stonesmiths.ca

All 3rd party purchases will be required to provide proof of purchase. Requests will generally receive a response within two business days.
