Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We ship orders 2-3 days after payment received. Days with high volume of orders, shipment can take 3-5 days to process. We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays.
*Please note that the 2-3 Days is to process the order. Shipping will still take another 6-10 business days.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of purchase in UNOPENED NEW CONDITION. Please contact us at info@stonesmiths.ca to process a return. There are NO returns on products that have been opened and/or used. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds can only be processed if purchased directly from stonesmiths.ca

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

All 3rd party purchases will be required to provide proof of purchase. Requests will generally receive a response within two business days.
