Winters in Canada are rough, that it's not secret.
So, when the headline says something like "best cities for cannabis vacations". Well, I have to read it.
I know you California and Florida bastards don't think about this, but here in Canada is freezing! So, I think about vacation in the Caribbean all the time!
Anyway, as we can see, controlling my envy is not working, so let me get to the meat and potatoes here.
Despite what common sense might tell you, San Francisco is not the winner. The top 3 are Denver (Colorado), Portland (Maine), and Oakland (California).
As per the article, "Oakland was touted for how much it costs to buy an ounce of weed," Portland, landed in the top 3 because of the high number of weed-friendly stays, and overall, Denver is the best city thanks to its 19 guided cannabis bus tours and 64 licensed dispensaries for every 100,000 people!
Damn Denver, you are no so south, but you just landed on my bucket list.
