I love the piccolo product however the battery has been breaking over time, I went to plug it in yesterday and the charging port fell into the battery. I can no longer charge my beloved and it hurts :(

You guys are so awesome! I really appreciate the outstanding customer service you gave me. Thank you for responding to my issue. Very fast and I didn't even. Have to request these items. You guys sent it to me out of kindness and appreciation. I highly appreciate it ! Especially these days good customer service is hard to find. I'll be honest. I own a puffco plus. The device is good . Yours is also great. Piccolo is way better at customer service and even the shipping is way better. Puffco doesn't care about their customers at all. They just look at us as $$$$$$ . I have had a issue with my puffco. For about 3 months now. They still failed to respond to me. The Piccolo won me over . After being treated so great by StoneSmiths. I love you guys Thank you so much . I highly recommend The Piccolo by StoneSmiths. It a great device the price is good and the customer service excellent! You won't regret your decision I promise.

The huge chambers create very good air flow. In my opinion it’s just as good as a rig, big time clouds. Don’t know how long it will last especially since there is minimal maintenance. Will see but overall it’s a must have.

StoneSmith’s piccolo is by far the best dab pen. Reason 1) cost - very affordable. 2) quality - sold feel, stylish look with various colors, huge ceramic chamber. 3) use - very easy to use, minimal maintenance, great airflow, Hugh clouds for a pen. I now own four and can’t want for a new and improved product! Mahalo SS
