After marijuana was legalized by voters in November, Arizona dispensaries could start selling recreational cannabis by March. I read in Ktar.com that anyone 21 or older is now allowed to have up to 1 ounce of cannabis, and the 16% tax that will be charged for cannabis related transaction will fund community colleges, public safety, public health programs, roads, and highways –the good news are for stoners or not alike! If the legalization in Arizona is predicted to generate upwards of $300 million annually for the state, I don't understand how there are still states and countries that have issues with weed. While we wait for the rest...

Well, times have changed and  Fate Winslow it's definitely happy about it.  Back in 2008, after already been struggling with homelessness, Fate was approached by an a "regular" dude  looking for some marijuana. However, it ended up being an undercover police officer that took him behind bars for life. Yes, you read it, for life! We can't deny  Winslow had some other stuff on record like burglary and cocaine possession a few years prior, but a life sentence for two bags of weed seem a bit much, right? Winslow was granted freedom after serving 12 years for marijuana distribution thanks to his attorneys' intense work and the decriminalization of cannabis....

Legalization always makes us smile. However, there are some details that despite how obvious they are, they are not included in the fine print of making cannabis legal –delivery is one of those. Not every place on earth that is freely consuming cannabis has in place policies about shipping and delivery. In fact, there are only a few with a full understanding that treat recreational and medical marihuana as any item of the shopping basket like milk, liquor, vegetables, over the counter medicines, etc.However, Aurora City is in the lead now. Past December 21st, Aurora City Council was deliberating about licensing a structure for local marijuana deliveries. Fingers...
